My Blood My Body (MBMB) Was a four part immersive performance work which was performed at the Cementa24 Arts Festival in Kandos, Wiradjuri country, NSW. I ask the audience to participate in each or all acts over the four day arts festival. Act 1 - The Gathering I grew up on Denison St Camperdown, Gadigal country. My mother worked night shift and my father worked day shift. A times their work overlapped, and I found myself at adopted family for a cuppa. One such place was Auntie Pat’s, who would dish out a SAO and a slice of tomato with a cup of tea. It was a place of happy memories, and reflecting upon my visits to Kandos, I felt a similar gratitude.
